1. Services

B2BCiteAudit.com provides AI search citation audit reports, fix packs, and implementation services for English B2B websites. The scope of each engagement is defined in the audit proposal or statement of work agreed upon before work begins.

2. Audit Scope

The $499 entry audit includes a review of priority pages, a citation readiness score, issue summary, and fix direction. It does not include implementation of fixes, content writing, or ongoing optimization. Execution sprints and monthly GEO operations are quoted separately.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific AI citation placements, search rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. AI answer engine behavior is controlled by third parties and changes frequently. We improve the signals that make citation more likely, but we cannot control how AI systems select and present sources.

4. Payment Terms

The $499 entry audit is due before work begins. Execution sprints and monthly engagements are invoiced according to the agreed statement of work. All payments are in USD. Refunds are available if the audit has not been started, within 7 days of payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate website information, respond to reasonable information requests, and grant necessary access for audit purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your website content.

6. Intellectual Property

Audit reports and fix packs are provided for your internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our audit reports without written permission. We retain ownership of our audit methodology and tools.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profits damages. We are not responsible for changes in AI answer engine behavior, search algorithm updates, or third-party actions.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your website data, audit results, and business information as confidential. We do not share client-specific audit data with third parties without permission. Case studies use anonymized or fictional data unless explicit written consent is given.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate monthly engagements with 30 days written notice. Audit fees for completed work are non-refundable. Pre-paid monthly fees for unrendered services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international business law. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if needed.
